KIDS CLUB
Our Kids Club runs on a Thursday and a Sunday. Its a safe place for children aged
6-11 (years 2-6) to have fun, playing games, trying out new activities, and exploring the Christian faith.
Everyone in the community is welcome regardless of your faith background.
On Thursdays we normally start with some active games while we wait for everyone to arrive from school, We usually play something silly like four way football. You don't have to be sporty to join us! When everyone arrives we relax with a drink and snack and a story from the Bible.
Once we've refueled we can choose from loads of different things to do. On a typical week we might have Lego, arts and crafts, board games, table tennis and loads more.
On Sundays we have a chance to think more about the Bible story of the week and have loads of fun while exploring it with games, music and creative activities. We always finish off with a drink and biscuit as our adults come to collect us.
When: Thursday 3:30-5pm and Sundays 10:30-11:45am term time.
Where: The Club meets in the Parish Centre.
Cost: The club is free to attend. If you would like to make a donation we suggest 50p per week. This money will be used to invest in the club activities.
On the 3rd Sunday of the Month we invite children to come with their families to join the service in church. The are all sorts of ways to join in, we might have a go of ringing the bells, performing a song, or reading the Bible story. At St Margaret's we love to have children and families in our services and believe they are an important part of our community.
